Born

May 28, 1924 in Leningrad. Died in Voronezh on March 28, 1981.

Education

In 1941 he finished school at the Leningrad Conservatory and was enrolled as a first-year student of the Leningrad Conservatory. He received his recommendations for entering the Union from Dmitri Shostakovich.
In 1967 Nosyrev became a member of the USSR Union of Composers.
