CHAPPUZEAU and RICHIER are among the ancestors of part of the SURIE family.
Henry George Surie (born 1824) refers to his grandmother as Freule Petronella RICHIER and says her father was Baron Pierre (Pieter?) RICHIER, who "had to flee to the Netherlands, leaving his barony to the fierce violence of the mob, about the year 1750 or a bit earlier; which barony later came into the possession of the French minister Guirot; in The Hague my great-grandfather became confidential secretary of stadholder Prince William V and married Elizabeth van Ringen".
But Pierre Richier was born in The Hague, his father in Berlin, so what is true about this barony? It is certainly true they had connections with noble families.

Coat of arms:
See here about the one used by Daniel-Paul Chappuzeau de Beaugé;
In Germany they used a different one, Rietstap says:
"Coupé:
de gueules à une palme de sinople posée en barre;
sur azur à une colombe d'argent posée sur un tertre de sinople;
à la fasce d'or brochant sur le coupé.
L'écu bordé d'or. Casque couronné. Cimier la colombe sur son tertre entre un vol de l'aigle de Prusse. Lambrequin à dextre d'or et d'azur, à senestre d'argent et de sable".
So a palm branch above and a dove below.
The one used by Susanne Elisabeth who married Nikolaus Eggers in 1726 had three doves above and a palm branch below, no golden border, and also Jacob son of Jacob Chappuzeau in Russia had these (Яков Яковлевич Шапизо, geraldika.ru):
